As we discussed yesterday, I received wonderful service at Wicklund’s Car Star on Thursday, December 15. I went to Wicklund’s in the morning with no appointment. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and accommodating to working me in. I waited only 5 minutes and then was greeted by a very pleasant estimator named Shawna. She looked at my problem and then got an opinion from another employee. Shawna even had me wait in your warm waiting room while she and the other man went outside to inspect the damage on my vehicle.
Shawna returned and told me the good news – the work could be done then and only take 30 minutes. I was thrilled! And the cost was much lower than I expected. Thank you for the wonderful service I received at Wicklunds!
